The Marked Door is an independent UK guide to recording door measurements, fitting marks and inspection observations. The release is fully static: no accounts, analytics, cookies, submitted forms, browser storage, service worker, backend or runtime API calls.

## Calculation boundaries

- Measurement reports the minimum, maximum and spread of three width and three height readings. It does not choose a product size.
- Handing returns a descriptive sentence from the declared viewpoint, visible hinge side and observed movement. It is not a universal handing code.
- Hinge positions are top marks from one entered datum. Geometry that falls outside the leaf or overlaps fails closed.
- Trimming compares required edge removal with user-entered, product-specific limits. Fire-door input stops calculation.
- Door-fault output is an ordered inspection checklist, not a diagnosis. uPVC, fire-door and frame/wall conditions stop the ordinary timber-door branch.
- Frame fixing marks use entered setbacks and maximum spacing. Invalid geometry, non-finite arithmetic and allocations above 10,000 marks fail closed.
- Door mass is an estimate from entered dimensions and density, with optional glazing. The record preserves the finite unrounded result separately from its one-decimal display.

No worksheet certifies an installation, selects hardware, authorises alteration or replaces manufacturer instructions, a risk assessment or competent inspection.

## Commercial link boundary
