Implemented mechanisms
Accessibility
The site is designed for keyboard use, readable scaling, no-script access and results that do not rely on colour or a diagram alone.
Mechanism record
Navigation and reading
- A skip link moves focus to the main content.
- The mobile menu uses native details and summary elements, so route links remain available without JavaScript.
- Focus indicators use a high-contrast blue outline with an offset.
- Pages use landmarks, one main heading and labelled navigation.
- Content reflows at narrow widths without reducing controls below 44 pixels.
Worksheet results
- Every input has a visible label and its unit appears in text.
- The current marker, values and interpretation share one atomic status region.
- Invalid editing clears the previous numbers, assumptions and plotted marks.
- The SVG includes a title and description; the complete result also appears as text.
- Reduced-motion preference removes the mark transition.
Known limits
This statement describes mechanisms in the current static build. It is not a claim of audited WCAG conformance. Browser print layouts and number-input controls can vary by platform, and the original inline SVG has not been tested with every screen-reader and browser combination.
The release audit checks semantic labels, local resources and stale result states in source and generated output. Visual and assistive-technology review should be repeated before public deployment.
